By creating an account and using the FlyLoft application you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the application.

1. Description of the service

FlyLoft is a web management application for racing pigeon lofts: tracking the loft list, breeding, treatments, basketings, races and race results.

2. User account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.
• You must provide a valid email address for account confirmation and password recovery.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the application for illegal purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to other users' data, and not to compromise the security or proper operation of the service.

4. Your data

The information you enter about your loft belongs to you. You can access, modify or delete it at any time. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt access.

6. Limitation of liability

The application is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for data loss caused by factors beyond our control. We recommend keeping your own copies of important information.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute shall be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
